Everyday Gifting is the new home of eGift Cards

Click the 'Log in' link at the top of any page of the Everyday Rewards website.

• Enter your email address and password
• If you have forgotten your password, simply select ‘Reset your password?’ and check your inbox for instructions to reset your password.
• Enter the 6-digit code that will be sent to your mobile phone or email address. Ensure you check your junk or spam folders if it doesn’t appear in your inbox. If you haven’t received your code, simply click ‘resend the code’. Please note that the code will be sent to the email or mobile number recorded in the ‘My Details’ section of your account.
• Click the ‘verify’ button

If you're still having problems logging in, you can contact us.

Update your contact details online by following these instructions:

• Log in to your account
• Select 'My Account' from the top right corner then 'My Details'. (You may need to complete a second step of authentication. If this is the case, a verification code will be sent to your email address or mobile number to verify that you are the owner of the account.)
• Amend your details, then select 'Update details' to save

Forgotten your password?

If you normally log in to the Everyday Rewards website with your email:

• Go to everyday.com.au and select ‘Log in’ and click 'Forgot Password?’
• On the the ‘Forgot Password?’ page, enter your account email
• Select ‘Continue’ to receive a link to reset your password sent to your email
• Reset your password through the link you received. Please note this link is only valid for 5 days.

Please note that your log in details may be different to your Woolworths Online account details.

Want to reset your current password?

If you remember your current password and just want to change it, simply follow the steps below for the website:

• Log in to your account
• Select 'Rewards Card & account' at the top of the page
• Scroll down to 'Account' and follow the prompts under ‘Change your password’

To keep your account secure, make sure that you always use a unique password and that it is at least 8 characters long.

To change your password via the app: 

• Open the app
• Select 'Account' from the bottom menu
• Select the 'Cards & Accounts' option
• Scroll down to 'Account' and follow the prompts under ‘Change your password’

You can access your old Woolworths Gifting account until October 19, 2025. We recommend logging in before this date to save or print any past orders for your records. After this date, the site will no longer be available.

Everyday Gifting is our new way for you to buy eGift Cards. It’s designed to make buying eGift Cards even easier and more rewarding.

By shopping with Everyday Gifting, you can now earn Everyday Rewards points on selected eGift Cards. Plus, you can use your Everyday Rewards dollars to buy any eGift Card (2,000 points = $10).

Here’s a quick guide on how Everyday Gifting works:

Shop for eGift Cards

You can easily browse and buy eGift Cards on the Everyday Gifting website or directly within your Everyday Rewards app.

To get started, simply log in to your Everyday Rewards account on the website or navigate to the 'Wallet' tab in the app and select 'Shop gift cards'.

Earn & Redeem

Earn points: You'll collect 1 Everyday Rewards point for every $1 you spend on selected brands.

Redeem dollars: You can also use your Everyday Rewards dollars to purchase any eGift Card you like (2,000 points = $10).

Store & Manage

Once you've made a purchase, you can store all your Woolworths Group eGift Cards in one convenient place—your Everyday Rewards app wallet. This gives you quick access to your cards for redemption and allows you to easily check your balance and transaction history anytime.

Here are a few ways to check your balance, transaction history, and expiry date:

Visit our website: Head over to our ‘Check balance’ page to view your card details.

Chat to our team: Our friendly team can check to see when your card expires, chat to Mandy.

Don't forget you can add your Woolworths Group Gift Cards to the Wallet in your Everyday Rewards app. This lets you store and redeem them, plus keep track of your balance and transaction history.

We're currently making some updates to our online store to improve your shopping experience! As part of those updates, physical Gift Cards are unavailable for purchase online.

We know this might be a bit inconvenient, and we apologise for that.

In the meantime, you can still buy physical Gift Cards at any of our participating Woolworths Group stores.

You can resend eGift Cards that were originally purchased on our Everyday Gifting Website through:

2. Find the order containing the eGift Card(s) you wish to resend.

3. Click the 'Resend' button next to the eligible order.

4. A pop-up will appear displaying the original recipient and delivery method. Simply confirm the details and click 'Resend Gift Card'.

App

1. Log in to your Rewards app and navigate to the 'My orders' section under Account.

2. Find the order containing the eGift Card(s) you wish to resend.

3. Tap the 'Resend' button next to the eligible order.

4. A pop-up will appear displaying the original recipient and delivery method. Simply confirm the details and click 'Resend Gift Card'.

Important: At this time, you cannot resend physical gift cards or eGift Cards purchased on our old 'woolworths gift card ' Website or in the Gifting Store in the Everyday Rewards App
