1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles.

1. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice a day, or as directed by a dentist.

1. Use the cheek and tongue cleaner on the back of the brush head to clean your tongue and cheeks.

1. Rinse mouth thoroughly after brushing.
