Burdock is known in traditional Western herbal medicine as an alternative which means it assists the body in its blood purifying/ cleansing processes. Finally, it also helps relieve mild rheumatic aches and pains

Adults: Take 3 - 4 capsules three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
