Bonvit Psyllium husks, are a natural source of soluble dietary fibre. It helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels and can provide gentle relief from constipation.
Psyllium husks come from the Psyllium seed; it is gluten free & ideal for a low carb diet. It also help in maintaining a healthy digestive system.
Bonvit Psyllium Husks mixed with 300ml of cool water or juice, is a refreshing, delicious way to include healthy, soluble dietary fibre from Psyllium in your diet.
Psyllium Husk Dry
Adults: Take 5g (approximately two 5ml metric spoonful) once or twice a day mixed with a full glass (150ml) of cool water or fruit juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately.
An additional glass of water is helpful. If not swallowed immediately a gel will form which you can eat or mix with yoghurt fruits or breakfast food.
Children 8-12 years: Give 2.5g (one 5ml metric teaspoonful) daily mixed as above.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
