FESS Nasal & Sinus Wash Gentle Strength is a deep-penetrating, preservative-free, non-medicated isotonic saline wash. The FESS Nasal & Sinus Wash Kit contains pre-mixed dry powder sachets that, when combined with warm water, produce a 200mL saline solution.

It provides a natural way to help relieve nasal and sinus congestion caused by colds, flu, sinusitis, hayfever, allergies, and following nasal surgery. Irrigating the nasal and sinus cavities with a large volume of saline solution helps wash away excess mucus and ease congestion.

Suitable for daily use and safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

FESS Nasal & Sinus Wash Gentle Strength is a natural way to help relieve nasal and sinus congestion. Sodium chloride (9mg/mL when reconstituted as directed) and Sodium Bicarbonate.

Use with the FESS squeeze bottle.

1. Empty the contents of one FESS Nasal & Sinus Wash Gentle Strength sachet into the squeeze bottle.

2. Add previously boiled, lukewarm water to the line marked FULL. Do not use boiling hot water.

3. Screw the cap onto the bottle and gently shake until the powder dissolves.

4. Lean or bend over a basin and gently place the cap inside your right nostril.

5. Keeping your mouth open, gently squeeze the bottle in a pulsing motion. When the bottle needs to refill with air, remove the cap from your nose before releasing hand pressure-this prevents “suck back” and keeps the remaining solution clean.

6. Allow half of the solution to wash through your nasal passages and flow out of the left nostril.

7. Repeat the process on the left nostril using the remaining solution. A small amount may enter your throat; this is not harmful.

8. Blow your nose if needed after finishing.

9. Discard any remaining solution not used within 2 hours.

10. Wash the bottle, cap, and tube thoroughly after each use and allow them to drip dry.
    
    For best results use FESS Nasal & Sinus Wash Gentle Strength once or twice daily or as directed by your doctor or ENT specialist.

Caution: Do not use FESS Nasal & Sinus Wash Gentle Strength if your nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an ear infection. Discontinue use if wash causes pain or excessive irritation. If symptoms are not relieved within 2 days, consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken. The FESS squeeze bottle should be discarded if damaged or discoloured in any way. The FESS squeeze bottle is a mixing bottle and is not a measuring device. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
