Get your child to sit or stand in a comfortable position.

Position the Flo Kids Saline Nasal Spray applicator tip just below the child's nostril and insert the required dose into each nostril.

Wipe their nose with a soft, clean tissue (or get them to do themselves!).

Children 0-2 years up to 2 sprays per nostril

Children 2-6 years up to 3 sprays per nostril

Children 6 years and over up to 4 sprays per nostril
