Skim Milk Powder, Whey Protein Concentrate, BioFibre™ Complex [Inulin, Dietary Fibre (Fibersol - 2™), Thickeners (401, 415, 412)], Fructose, Soy Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Vegetable Oil, Glucose Syrup Solids, Flavours, Minerals (Dairy Calcium, Magnesium Oxide, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Zinc Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Copper Sulphate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate, Chromium Chloride, Sodium Selenite), L - Carnitine (Carnipure™), Vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, Folate, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin), Green Tea Extract, Emulsiers (471, 472c), Mineral Salts (450, 339), Anti Caking Agent (551), Lecithin (322), Natural Sweetener (960), Maize Starch.

Directions:

Add 200 mL of cold skim milk into a shaker. Add two level scoops (40 g) of powder and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Consume 1-3 servings daily
