This high protein powder combines whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and milk protein solids, each serve delivers 30 grams of quality protein to help reach your goals.

Musashi High Protein Blend (90%) (Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Skim Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)), Cocoa Powder, Dextrose, Inulin, Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Enzyme (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose).

How - Add 45g (1 ½ levelled scoop) to 300mL of Skim Milk or water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

Pre & Post-Training - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.

Servings - Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.
