Ingredients:

Musashi High Protein Blend (93%) (Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Skim Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)), Dextrose, Inulin, Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Enzyme (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions:

How - Add 45g (1 ½ levelled scoop) to 300mL of Skim Milk or water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

Pre & Post-Training - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.

Servings- Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.
