Nutra-Life Magnesium Sleep has Passion flower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help induce sleep and help relieve disturbed / restless sleep.

The formula has 3 sources of Magnesium which support neuromuscular function. This formula also contains the herbal ingredients Passion flower, Ziziphus and Corydalis.

Each Mag Sleep capsule provides:

• Magnesium oxide 201mg
• Equiv. Magnesium 120mg
• Magnesium amino acid chelate 250mg
• Equiv. Magnesium 50mg
• Magnesium phosphate pentahyrdate 145.2mg
• Equiv. Magnesium 30mg

Total Elemental Magnesium 200mg:

• Ziziphus jujuba (Jujube) seed dry extract 100mg
• Equiv. Ziziphus jujuba seed dry 1g
• Corydalis turtschaninovii rhizome dry extract 70mg
• Equiv. Corydalis turtschaninovii rhizome dry 1g
• Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) herb dry extract 75mg
• Equiv. Passionflora incarnata herb dry 375mg

Formulated without:

Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

Contains:

Animal products (gelatin from capsule shell) , Sulfites (<0.0014mg per daily dose - trace amounts, coming from the capsule)

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules daily, one hour before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
