Usage Advice 
Replace each meal with one 55g soup sachet, 3 times a day. One serve of Optislim VLCD 60g Bars can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the Optislim VLCD range. We recommend that a minimum of 2 litres of water and 2 cups of mainly green vegetables are consumed in addition to the Optislim VLCD Bars daily.
