Oralmedic Mouth Ulcer Treatment

HybenX (Hydroxybenzenesulfonic Acid; Hydroxymethoxybenzenesulfonic Acic; Sulphuric Acid; Water; FD&C Red 40)

1. Immediately before application, thoroughly dry the affected area using the included cotton swab.

2. Dip the other end of the cotton swab into the vial, until it is covered with sufficient ORALMEDIC solution to cover the entire ulcerated area.

3. Apply to the affected area for 5-10 seconds. Use a rolling motion to completely cover the entire ulcer bed and ulcer rim. A 'stinging' sensation is experienced immediately upon application.

4. Rinse mouth thoroughly with water and spit out.

5. Dispose of swab in the bin.

Note: ORAMEDIC is a single-use treatment. If the ulcer pain remains after rinsing with water, it is an indication that some part of the ulcer was not covered. Repeat application immediately, one more time only, following the directions above. Do not treat again.

Do not use if allergic to materials that contain sulphur.

Do not use if you are pregnant, or on children under the age of 12.

Avoid eye contact.

If eye exposure occurs, immediately remove any contact lenses, irrigate eyes for at least 15 minutes with water, and seek medical advice.

ORALMEDIC is for local use on the mucosa in the mouth only.

An effective treatment is evident when a white patch is seen in and around the ulcer.

May cause local or mild swelling when applied.

If excess irritation occurs during use, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

If condition persists, consult your doctor or dentist.
