Directions

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Use as directed by your dental or oral health professional. Slide the floss into the gaps between your teeth using a gentle sawing motion until you reach the gumline. Carefully guide the floss up and down against the tooth surface on both sides of the gum "triangle" until you feel a slight resistance from the gum. Rinse as necessary.

Ingredients

The Australian Dental Association recommends toothbrushing should be done twice per day. It should be done in the morning and again at night for two minutes each time. Brushing your teeth at night should be the last thing you do before bed, with no food or drink after brushing. Brushing for two minutes means brushing the teeth in each section of the mouth for approximately 30 seconds.

Adult supervision recommended under age 10. Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3.
