Get rapid effective relief from the symptoms associated with painful, inflamed sore throats, mouth & dental ulcers and discomfort associated with tonsillitis and pharyngitis, Strepsils Plus Anaesthetic Throat Spray. Specially formulated with a double action formula, the Strepsils throat spray has a local anaesthetic to numb the throat and two antibacterial agents which help kill bacteria that cause sore throats &mouth infections. Finally, the spray bottle has a directional nozzle to help better target the medicine to the sore and inflamed area.
Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 580ug, Amylmetacresol 290ug and Lignocaine 780ug
For Adults and Children over 12 years: Spray twice directly onto the sore/inflamed area and swallow gently. Repeat every 3 hours as necessary, up to a maximum of 6 times in 24 hour

Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not dilute spray. Consult your doctor if a sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days or is accompanied by a high fever, headache, nausea or vomiting.
Use with care if you are asthmatic. This product contains alcohol and saccharin. Do not use if bottle seal is broken or missing. Do not take hot food or drink soon after using this product as it may burn your mouth. This product contains alcohol and saccharin. The presence of the antibacterial agents in this product has not been shown to have a beneficial effect on the severity or duration of a sore throat. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age
