Steam Deck OLED runs SteamOS 3, showing your library with compatibility indicators so you can quickly see which titles are ready for handheld play. A Desktop mode lets you install other launchers or even different operating systems, turning the Deck into a small, portable PC when connected to keyboard, mouse and display.

Controls, Ergonomics & Docking
The layout includes dual thumbsticks, trackpads, ABXY buttons, triggers, bumpers and rear grip buttons, designed for long sessions with "world class" ergonomics. Via USB C or a separate dock, the Deck can output to TVs or monitors and connect to peripherals, effectively behaving like a living-room or desktop PC when docked.

Storage, Connectivity & Use Cases
512GB of fast NVMe storage combined with microSD expansion makes it practical to keep a large selection of games installed, from indies to bigger AAA titles. Wi Fi 6E, Bluetooth and USB C connectivity also support cloud gaming, Remote Play and various controller or audio setups, broadening how and where the Deck can be used.
