Massage a few grams gently into the affected area 2-4 times daily or as required.
Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread or absorbed. For added benefit, it may be used in conjunction with Kunzea Concentrated Massage Oil for targeted relief or Kunzea Bath Salts for full-body relief.
